To clean your b.box sippy cup straw, wash it thoroughly with warm to hot soapy water after each use. You can use our straw cleaner to keep it squeaky clean. All parts of the sippy cup are dishwasher and sterilizer safe for your convenience. The longevity of the straws may vary depending on usage, and replacement straws with cleaners are available separately.

Common Concerns

If your child is having difficulty drinking from the b.box sippy cup, ensure they are placing their lips over the whole straw and pressing down to open the valve for liquid flow. If you experience leaking, check that the silicone o-ring is securely in place or replace the straw valve if damaged.
